I am nursing twins and the extra milk produced makes a big difference. I never had a problem with blocked ducts with my singletons, but with the twins I was getting them all the time. They were very painful and of course would sometimes get infected. I tried sleep bras and lots of other bras by Medela as well as other brands, but all of them gave me blocked ducts by pressing on me at some point. Only this bra managed to give support without creating pressure points that caused blockages. Every now and then I wear one of the other bras, but every time I do it I get blockages. These bras also go in the washer and dryer.
