This was the first nursing bra I bought, and it's still my favorite. I wear this all day and the Medela sleep bra at night. I've bought ones from maternity stores but they aren't nearly as comfortable or supportive, they all seem to be more like sports bras that smash you down. I recommend this bra to everyone who asks.Buy Playtex Expectant Moments Women's Underwire Alternative Nursing Bra # 4426!

This is a great nursing bra. Super soft, does not pinch any part of the body and it's very practical for full-time working women, easy to use when pumping. Love it!! I bought 3 of them.Buy Anita Maternity Women's Softcup Nursing Bra #5075!

Product is great for intended purpose. Lightweight and breathes well. Easily pulled off breast. Would recommend in pregnancy as well, when breasts are starting to grow in size and get uncomfortable. It is not intended to give a lot of support because it is a sleep bra, so don't expect to use it outside of the home. I wear it around the house and find the support is just enough for hanging around. Recommend buying one size up if you are inbetween sizes or like having the elastic a little looser, they run small and easily shrink (they are mostly cotton) if you dry them. Best way to get them to last is not to put them in the dryer at all, treat them the same as you would treat your "delicates", air dry them if you want to prolong the life of the garment. Besides they are very thin and air dry very fast. Buy Medela Sleep Nursing Bra - White!

The first bra I've found that offers great support and has no spandex, Lycra, Elastane, latex, etc. Finally no hives!! I don't need it for nursing but that's okay - I've searched the internet thoroughly and this is the best I've found - and it comes in plus sizes! Not cheap, but worth every penny.

I have just brought this bra and I only brought one as I am 35 weeks pregnant and was not sure which one to get. I have tried this one for a couple of days 44E and followed the recommendations to get a cup size bigger.
I think this bra is great, but we will have to see about the engorgement phase. I definately plan on getting some more.. but not sure if I need to get a cup size bigger for the engorgement phase. It is certainly very comfortable and fits great, with a little extra space, it will fit great when the milk comes in. I would recommend this product for the women who needs extra support, as I have none and havent had since I was 14 years old, so this bra is great for that. Buy Fancee Free Extra Support Nursing Bra!

Tried this on right away after recieving, was so excited. I'm a very active mom-to-be and was looking for extra support expecially during workouts. At 29 weeks and having gained 25 lbs already, I found that the small was a little too small, but the medium too big- the small was hard to get on and off because it was tight at the top especially, but once on was generally comfortable. Product irritated the underarms at the seams when active. Belly portion fit well and was confortable, but the band at the bottom did irritate my skin a bit, and felt "tight" because it was somehwat narrow elastic (2"). Very see-through garmet. Nowhere near sufficient as a sportsbra, even for small chest size. Does provide significant warmth as a base layer, so with addition of sportsbra and t-shirt, got overheated easily.

Overall, plan to return, as there seem to be better products out there that are wider at the bottom, and not integrated as a shirt/bra as well.Buy Maternity Belly Bra - Nude!

This bra has really good support and super comfortable after some of the others that I tried. The only con is that the button version is hard to open with one hand. (there are two versions - the button snaps and the fastener type - and they dont offer you the option of choosing. My first bra was snaps and the second I ordered came with plastic fasteners)
My advice would be to go up a cup size for better comfort since there will be days of engorged breasts or sore nipples.Buy Bravado Basic nursing bra!

I love these bras. My only mistake was buying them when I was ~36 weeks pregnant with my first. I was straddling 4 sizes (M, M+, L, and L+) and we decided to stick with the smallest because it really fit the best. Bad idea! As soon as I gave birth and my milk came in, these bras were so painful and tight!!! I ended up selling 6 M's, slightly used, on eBay. I kept one and wouldn't you know, it's now my favorite bra, over 2 years later, while pregnant with my 2nd (and still nursing the 1st!). Now the M is starting to get a little skimpy again so I'm buying a large or two to start with. I do recommend these -- they are supportive, comfortable (when they fit properly -- though I don't think anything would have been comfortable in my super-sore/engorged state!), and don't look half bad under clothes ;). Buy Bravado! Original Nursing Bra!

Very pretty bra, comes in beautiful colors, but could be a bit more supportive. Also, the band is very stretchy, so I had to get a smaller band size than usual. Other than that, a nice alternative to the regular "industrial-strength" nursing bra.Buy Condessa "Cassandra" Nursing Bra - Ravishing Red!

I bought this bra on 12/15 after seeing it in a magazine. It arrived on 12/17 and was everything I had imagined and more. It's very pretty, soft, and wireless! I didnt think the cup size (D) would fit, since Im a large D, but after trying it on I was pleasantly surprised. It has stretch so it can accomodate my heavy chest, and it also lifts and separates. Im 6 months pregnant now, and I plan on buying 3 more after the baby is born. I would wear these regardless of being a mom, they are completely comfortable and its not easy finding a sexy wireless bra with support that fits all sizes. Check out the Condessa website for matching panties.Buy Condessa "Cassandra" Nursing Bra!

I have nursed two children, and owned many, many bras, and this has to be the best one. It is very supportive (34B), and has a smooth, uplifting look. It is also very functional, as it easily opens, and fold away for great nursing access. I would highly recommend this bras to anyone who wants a beautiful, functional bra. This bra doesn't just look great, it holds up really well and is very comfortable. I have had mine for ~6 months and it is almost as good as new. I wear a lot of low cut v-necks or crossover tops and this one of the only nursing bras I've found that are low enough. The other is the Bella Materna Contour Bra. I had tried Bravado and Anita brands, and I wish I had found this one first. This bra is by far the easiest to deal with because I don't have to unhook the cups. It might not be the choice if you're looking for more structure and support, but in my case, I found it very comfortable.Buy Bella Materna Women's Adjustable Anytime Nursing Bralet #1155!

What can I say? Comfortable, simple design, inexpensive, no problems. It does run a tad small but I ordered my usual size and it fits well enough. I find the fabric thick enough that it's okay there's no other lining/cup; I never "show through" whatever I'm wearing with it.

Overall good deal.Buy Barely There Breathe Bralette!

Being a 38J, there is little choice for a nursing bra. It is better than squeezing the girls into something too small but for the price I'd like to have felt like the shape was flattering as well. Instead the seam that runs along the front panel is positioned in a weird spot and makes the "quad-boob" look near the underarms. It is comfortable, but not very flattering in appearance. I will definately have to wear baggy shirts until I'm done nursing or until more flattering styles are made for my size.Buy Goddess Women's Comfort Zone Nursing Bra #GD2050!

This is by far my favorite nursing bra. It fits me perfectly (38D nursing), and I disagree with the previous reviewer that claimed the sizing was non-standard. This is the same size I wear with other brands. I found this bra extremely comfortable, with adequate support, and it looks good too. The nursing flaps are easily opened with one hand. I can't speak to the durability because i haven't owned it long, but it appears to be well made. Cups are not thick enough to completely hide breast pad lumps, nonetheless the look of this bra is superior to any other nursing bra i've tried. I'll be buying several more of these.Buy Bravado Lifestyle Microfiber Nursing Bra!

The mythical and ever-elusive perfect nursing bra has been found!! Here's my story... My daughter nursed for two years, and I searched that entire time for a decent nursing bra, to no avail. I tried dozens of styles and brands, from cheap to triple-digits in price, and found nothing that kept its fit and support for more than a few weeks. It was so frustrating! Then, when I was expecting my son, I went to a specialty bra shop for a fitting and a few recommendations, and discovered this bra. I am amazed!! I got this bra figuring the stretchy cups would get me through the last month of my pregnancy and then the early weeks of fluctuating cup sizes while my milk came in and got regulated. I figured by the time that was done, this bra would be worn out and end up in the trash like all the rest. Well, I was wrong!! This bra has seen me through all of that, and continued to perform like a champ, even though I have had it for almost ten months now. That's right, I said, ten months! I bought three different types of nursing bras when I got this one, and this is the only one that survived this long (the Bravado Supreme lasted over 7 months, which is also impressive). Despite being machine washed and dried almost daily, this bra has continued to fit just as well as it did when it was new, and it is just a comfortable and supportive. Even though I am not a big fan of the "uniboob" styling, I am convinced that this is the best nursing bra out there. I wish I had known about this one when my daughter was nursing! And for the price... well, this bra just can't be beat. When I wear a top that really requires something other than the "uniboob" look, I wear my Bravado Supreme. Otherwise, I just about live in this one. I wear it every night, and most days too. I would recommend this bra wholeheartedly and without hesitation to any woman with a full bust (I am a 38G). In fact, I already have recommended it to a friend, and she loves hers just as much as I love mine!Buy Bravado Double Plus nursing bra!

I have difficulty finding even non-nursing bras to fit and am generally limited to two or three brands. Bella Materna has been the only nursing bra I've found to fit me properly. This bra has less stretch in the band than other bras, but gives a great shape. I think it also runs a little small. In other brands a 32 is a bit loose on me at the smallest hook, but in this brand, it's a little snug on the loosest hook. I also found that the size chart didn't work for me, but the company was great at exchanging until I found my right size (I ordered directly from the company's website). The chart said I should wear a 32D, but I'm actually a 32G, so there was a lot of exchanging before I got it right.

The lack of stretch makes it uncomfortable for lying down (though I did get used to it), but gives it great support, so it's a bit of a compromise--hence the 4-star rather than 5-star rating. The life of the bra is also good. They're lasting me about 1 year if I switch among two of them, which is really good for me.

I'd definitely recommend Bella Materna's products if you're a difficult-to-fit size. I also have tried the padded bra (runs even smaller in the band and is a little hard to nurse in) and the full-cup nursing gown (a little snug and a little hard to nurse in on the left side only), both of which look fabulous. I might have gone up a band-size in the gown if I were going to sleep in it, for comfort's sake.Buy Bella Materna Women's Full Cup Seamless Cup Nursing Bra #1361!

I used this belt for four pregnancies after first trying a cheap maternity belt that was about 3-inches wide. I don't think there is a perfect belt that will stay in exactly the right place when you have a huge protruding belly and lead an active life with continually sitting/standing/walking. But this belt really does help relieve a lot of the discomforts that can occur - especially during the time mom's hormones kick in gear to allow for the pelvis to expand. As with any belt made with velcro, you will have to make sure that the velcro is completely covered or it can be scratchy against the skin. I am sure this belt saved me many days/hours of pain. Let's face it, the last trimester is uncomfortable and there's really not anything that will take that away. This belt will at least help. I even slept with it on!Buy Mom-EZ Maternity Back Support!

I have two of this bra and I find them incredibly comfortable, they're not super formed and supportive (40G) but they're fantastic for me and baby. I love this product. It's a must have when you are between regular clothes and maternity clothes or if you're tall since most maternity shirts aren't quite long enough when you really start to show. this bra was great for sleeping in when my daughter was first born. I needed to wear a bra at night with breast pads otherwise I leaked all over the place. I love these tops! I bought three of these after returning the "komfy kangaroo" version of the this at a cheaper price. The lack of spandex in them made them fit too lose. These tops are great because of the stretch. I prefer the version that is the "top"(bra type strap) rather than the "tank" (cloth spaghetti strap).

About the size. I bought these when my milk supply was just regulating and the medium felt too small. I was tired of returns from the other company, so I kept these a few days with the intent of returning. I did not need too; once my supply regulated the medium was perfect!

How to wear it: I was fitted in these tops at a lactation support store and was so glad I did (I bought online because they were cheaper though). She suggested I step into the top like you would a swimsuit to protect tender nipples. Once you have it pulled up, lift the outer top to reveal the shelf bra under. Lean forward as though you are going to touch your toes and make sure the 1 inch elastic band is flush with ribs and not on breasts. Stand up and adjust your breast from the top by lifting each breast up and settling them in to align with the nipple cut outs. Adjust the straps to support the breast firmly, but not tight. It is meant to be firm, not tight.

I wear my tops everyday and have had them for 3 months. They wash well and are great for sleeping. They are great alone or instead of bra with other tops. I wear "Lily Padz" nursing pads and because they are thin silicone, they do not show under these tops.

I wish they were cheaper, but after failures with other tops and frequency of nursing, they are worth it. I am actually online now to buy 2 more.

I purchased this nursing bra because it was nude and looked like it would be discreet nursing bra (like those coney ones). This bra was very expensive and it was not all comfortable. I tried many different styles of nursing bras trying to find one that was supportive enough for me. I'm a dificult size to find because I have a small band size and large cup size. This bra has plenty of support. It's very comfortable to wear. Yes, this bra does make my breasts look a bit more pointy than others, but It's not unflattering. Actually, I like the way this bra looks under my shirts--it's very good for avoiding sagging. The seams don't show very much under shirts, either. There are some prettier nursing bras available out there, but the support can't even compare with this bra. I would much rather have the support I need than have a pretty bra--good support makes my figure look good no matter what I'm wearing over the bra!

The cups are a bit high under the arms, but I only noticed it the first couple of times I put the bra on. After that I got used to it, and I didn't even notice it. The latch on the cups is easy to open and close with one hand. The straps are also a bit wider than most, so they don't dig in at the shoulders. (I'm not usually a fan of wide straps, but these ones aren't so bad.) I love that it is available in the nude color, as well.Buy Freya Rosalie nursing bra!

THis bra is pretty disappointing. I purchased it because it was the only affordable nursing bra I could find in my size, 32 G. The band size runs large, the cup size is definitely small. I love the style and support band of this maternity panty, but the sizes are misleading. I purchased a Medium and when it arrived it was too small for me. Then I decided I liked the style so much that I purchased the Large. I received it and to my surprise it was the same size or smaller than the medium I had originally returned. Laying flat for measurement it measured 20 inches (total) around the waist and the side measured 5 inches from waistband to leg opening. I loved my Supreme Nursing bra from Bravado. I decided to try the Exquisite Nursing Bra when I had my second child. I bought two of the bras at full price ($65.00) and within two months the snap closure stopped working on one of the bras. I e-mailed the company and they nicely sent me a replacement. Well over the next two - four months the replacement and other original bra's snap closure also broke. I now have three of these bras that are useless.
